Yes. For logs, the minimum order is a double load (2 cubic metres).

Kindling is only available as an add-on to log orders, with a minimum of 2 bags.

  • Seasoned logs are naturally air-dried to reduce moisture content below 20%.

  • Kiln-dried logs are dried in a controlled environment for even lower moisture, meaning a cleaner, hotter burn.

Both are suitable for log burners and open fires, but kiln-dried is best for stoves, pizza ovens, and clean-burning efficiency.

Our logs are pre-processed to approx. 25cm (10”) long and around 14cm (5.5”) in diameter — perfect for standard stoves and fireplaces.

Logs are delivered loose in one of our own delivery trucks. We’ll tip the load as close to your log store or stacking area as access allows.

We don’t use bags or crates, keeping costs and packaging waste low.

If you’ve left clear instructions, we’re happy to tip your logs in a safe spot even if you’re not home — just make sure we have access.

Keep your logs:

  • Off the ground

  • Covered on top (not wrapped)

  • Open to airflow at the sides

A log store or open-sided shed is ideal. Never store logs in a sealed bag or a damp garage.

Yes — both our seasoned and kiln-dried logs meet the requirements for DEFRA-compliant stoves and are under 20% moisture content.

Yes, we offer:

  • Kindling (minimum 2 bags per order, delivered with your logs)
